Matt Roper

Financial Administrator

Matt Roper is responsible for all financial matters within PBHA. He provides guidance and support to the treasurer during the annual budgeting process and financial reporting to all of PBHA’s programs and the board. He is responsible for the annual audit and long term financial planning for PBHA.

Prior to joining PBHA, Matt worked for Partners in Health as the Manager of Financial Operations focused on building and improving financial processes and systems for the global finance team. Matt graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance in 2006 and from Boston University in 2013 with an MBA in Nonprofit Management. He is also an alum of the Education Pioneers Graduate School Fellowship. He currently lives in Woburn with his wife, Breena, son, Landon and their 3 pets (two dogs and a cat). He loves to talk about sports and history and is passionate about all levels of education and education reform.
