STRIDE Undergraduate Scholarship Program

Applications now open for the 2017-2018 term.

Scholarships are awarded to income-eligible undergraduate students to support a consistent, year-round commitment to service. Any enrolled full-time college student eligible for Federal Work-Study, significant financial aid, or is from a low-income background is invited to apply. Learn more.

PBHA’s Stride Fellowships are intended for Harvard seniors who were devoted to service as undergraduates, and who demonstrate a future lifetime commitment to service. The spirit of the award is to provide fellows with the opportunity to put their vision for social change into action. Learn more.

Senior Counselor – Summer Urban Program

SUP seeks college students to work as senior counselors in one of 10 SUP camps. Each senior counselor will lead a classroom of 10 children for seven weeks during the summer, support a high school-age junior counselor, and contribute to the overall operations of camp. Learn more.

PBHA’s junior counselor program is administrated through PBHA’s Leaders!, a year-long community leadership program for high school-aged youth in the Boston area. Junior counselors work with college-age senior counselors to lead classrooms of 10 children for seven weeks in the summer. Learn more.

PBHA’s Nonprofit Management Fellowship provides recent graduates with the knowledge and experience necessary to pursue a nonprofit management career. The fellow will support PBHA’s work in areas including fundraising, communications, special events, and alumni outreach. Learn more.

Fellow – Environment America

Environment America is a citizen-based advocacy organization campaigning to solve problems like global warming, and the pollution of our water, our air and special places. Imagine yourself organizing a town hall meeting on solar power. Or building a community coalition to keep local waters clean. Imagine building the organizational power—the funds, the membership, the activist base and more— that it takes to keep all of this critical work going for the long haul. Digital Campaigner – Environment America

Environment America is a citizen-based advocacy organization campaigning to solve problems like global warming, and the pollution of our water, our air and special places. Imagine using your sharp writing skills and strategic digital content to promote solar power.
