Franklin Teen is a free program that strives to create cultivate an inviting and structured space. While also nurturing the academic, emotional, and social development of teenagers living in or near Franklin Field or Hill public housing developments in Dorchester. During the academic year, Franklin Teen connects adolescents with mentors that help them assess their career interests and offer them guidance in setting and achieving goals. We do this through one-on-one mentoring, group discussions, and trips in and outside their community we work to make young people more aware of their potential and connect them to the opportunities to manifest it.
