Fall 2020
Status: Active
Due to the ongoing pandemic, KSNAP will continue in a virtual format this year and seeks to provide continued support for special needs students who may be experiencing heightened isolation during this time. In addition to transitioning weekly school visits to virtual gatherings, KSNAP will incorporate a pen pals element between our students and volunteers. We will also be working alongside our partner schools throughout the semester to assist with any additional support they may require for their students.
PBHA’s Kids with Special Needs Achievement Program (KSNAP) offers afterschool enrichment and plans fun and educational classroom activities every Friday afternoon for 4th and 5th grade special education students in Chinatown and South Boston, including field trips every semester.
