Calling all PBHA alumni!

The Advocacy Committee of the PBHA-Alumni Association, a Shared Interest Group (SIG) of the Harvard Alumni Association, is interested in conducting a study of the impact that participation in PBHA has had on our graduates. We believe that PBHA’s unique model of public service-- meaningful year-round service and advocacy experiences that are deeply rooted in community relationships, student development, innovation & leadership, involve real-life responsibilities and decision-making, are conscientious of equity and diversity, and scaffolded by reflection, training, and mentorship-- have a particularly transformative impact.As Harvard finds itself at an exciting crossroads and commitment to expanding and elevating public service, we believe that it is important to demonstrate the legacy and treasure that the College has in the PBHA model and why it is critical to continue to uplift, invest in and center this unique national model.
