Alyssa Yap '26

Hi everyone! My name is Alyssa (she/her), and I’m one of the Summer Urban Program Programming Group Officers for 2025 alongside Kathryn. My freshman fall with the Chinatown Afterschool Program (CHAP) introduced me to PBHA, and my summer directing Chinatown Adventure (CHAD) made PBHA a second home for me on campus. Outside PBHA, I’m studying Linguistics and Neuroscience with an EdSecondary, mentoring students at the Harvard Ed Portal, and exploring new coffee spots with a good book in hand :) As SUP PGO, I’m excited to continue growing this incredible program we have built over decades with our local communities, and working to expand high-quality educational opportunities to all.
