PBHA’s Pets as Therapy partners with the Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to bring animals visits to the center's residents. Volunteers recruit dogs from Harvard community members to travel to the Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center each week, offering residents companionship and the therapeutic benefits of spending time with animals.Pets as Therapy also collaborates with PBHA's Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Program to offer additional activities to the center's residents, including arts and exercise classes.
