Bryan Zuluaga
Director Of Programs
As Director of Programs, Bryan supports primarily after-school, mentoring and summer programs for middle and high school students across Cambridge, the Recent Immigrant Term-time Enrichment program in Boston (RITE) and the Y2Y Homeless Shelter during the academic year. He supports the Mentoring Program Group officer and undergraduate program directors in nonprofit management, working in partnership with communities, and in supporting public service as a career path.
Previously, Bryan was a Senior Teacher-Counselor with the Work Force program of Cambridge Housing Authority, and a College advisor at East Boston High School through the national AmeriCorps program, College Advising Corps - Boston University. He is passionate about supporting teenagers through their holistic development, and in particular is passionate about supporting mentoring pedagogy, low-income and recent immigrant students and their families.
