Congratulations to Michelle Wu '07!

Congratulations to Boston's newly-elected mayor, Michelle Wu '07! Michelle was involved in the Chinatown Citizenship program while a PBHA volunteer and we were touched when she spoke to The Crimson in 2020, sharing that Directing Chinatown Citizenship as a PBHA student made her “[fall] in love” with the Chinatown community and that her students became "adopted grandparents of sorts." All of us at PBHA are inspired by Michelle and are wishing her luck as Boston's new (and first elected woman and person of color) mayor!
